Notes regarding the charts and data used in these charts:
- All data is from the Houston MLS
- All of the data is for “Sold” houses.
- Only the price attribute ($/sqft) is compared
- Time frames of less than 36 weeks will be aggregated by week
- Time frames between 36 weeks and 3 years will be aggregated by month
- Time frames over 3 years will be aggregated by year
