There is a pair in Bridgeland as well! I hope all the construction out here and the 99 Expansion doesn’t ruin their habitat. We’re seeing them more and more frequently. I’ll have to get a good picture to post

Thanks Jim for your insight! we just signed up for DirectTV and our installation is on Saturday. I came acroos your blog while doing some research on which service was better between Comcast and DirectTV, and having read your experience and the others posted here I feel good about my decision. Why does it cost $10 to get in? We went last year, and I gotta tell ya, not too impressive. And if it is a Community Fest, then why is the community being gouged? We have three children and would love to take them to be a part of their community activities, but after my wife and I pay for ourselves and kids, we wouldn’t be able to buy them any food or ride tickets. That’s just ridiculous.

Gringos is a nice clean restaurant. My only complaint is being charged .88 for extra pickled jal. I have never in my life been charged for extra jals. If you would put more than 5 slices with the order of queso that would be great. next time I will take my own jar of jal for my queso.
