Things I Dislike About Bridgeland
Although I really do like Bridgeland a lot and recommend it to a bunch of clients, it does have its drawbacks. In this video, I discuss some of those dislikes.
- Location (15 minutes just to get to Hwy 290 from back of Bridgeland)
- Tax rate (3.71%)
- Narrow streets
- Smaller lots for the money
- Fees to sell you house
- No native trees where homes are built (Katy Prairie)
