- Cy-Fair ISD has over 100,000 students enrolled as of 2010 and is the second largest school district in the state of Texas.
As a real estate agent with over 15 years of computer consulting experience, I wanted to bring a fresh perspective to real estate in Cypress, TX by creating something more than a typical REALTOR® brochure web site. I wanted to create an online experience to show-off the NW Houston area to both existing and future residents and employers.
In addition to regular blog posts on news and events of the area and in real estate in general, I will highlight communities in the area with pictures, descriptions, and relevant statistics. My goal is that a combination of this site, the Houston Real Estate Tweeps Twitter directory, the CyFairRE twitter feed, and CyFairRE Facebook page will help potential residents have a good understanding of the Cypress area.

Jim is the broker / owner of Mulholland Realty in Cypress.
With an engineering degree from Texas A&M and over 15 years experience in the computer industry, Jim has always been a very analytical person. Jim enjoys researching products and services regardless if it is a new car, computer, or web host. He can spend hours (if not days) analyzing his next cell phone purchase and he enjoys every minute of it. It is this analytical nature that brought him to real estate.
Buying a house is one of the most important decisions a person will make in their lifetime and there are a ton of factors to take in consideration (house size, lot size, lot location, schools, neighborhood, crime rates, flood plains, taxes, etc.). Jim is just the person you want standing by your side to help you every step of the way. As an added bonus, he has no problems answering the occasional computer related question, too. Wendy Mulholland
With a penchant for interior home design, photography hobbiest, and an accounting degree from the University of Houston, I definitely could not do this without my awesome wife Wendy. For sellers, she helps stage the house, takes pictures, and writes up detailed information for each listing. For buyers, she helps out with a no nonsense third opinion on whether a house is a good fit or not. Most importantly, she ensures that all of our i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed on all contracts, HUD statements, etc.
